What is this email i received?

i don't know if this is for real or if it is a fake. norton said that there was a virus in the attachment. here is what is is, someone please explain it to me because i don't know what it is and i don't want my email of 7 years being deleted.

It sounds legit, but I would contact yahoo to make sure. It sometimes happens when you send email to a lot of contacts at once. They may have a limit.
