System Startup Time?

Hi Friends,

My system takes more time for booting process.I scanned system with Antivirus but virus not found. So please tell me how can I minimise startup time?

Thanks.

System Startup Time?malware

on boot up your computer access's a list of processes in which to open on boot. In this list are alot of programs and .exe files that dont always need opening up on startup.

In order to access this list u must :-

- acess your start menu_click run_type msconfig in the box.

once open you'll notice tabs at the top of the window. Click STARTUP and it'll show you the list, of which you can de-click certain programs.

(important)

be careful with this program because certain startup .exe's need to be opened.

any help needed

go to start%26gt; run%26gt; type

msconfig to show what is running from start up and amend if necessary
To reduce the system startup time:

1. reduce the items your system loads at startup

2. defrag your system disk

To reduce the load up items and speed up your starup time, you can goto start-%26gt; run -%26gt; msconfig (if you are using Windows). Click on startup tab, uncheck all the things you don't want your system to load at startup. After that, click on the Services tab next to it, check hide all microsoft services, and uncheck all the 3rd party services you do not want your system to load. Now, click ok and restart when you are done.
