WOW Problem? Blank Error Message?

I get a blank error message when i run the trail setup. It also happen when i run the Gunz Launcher. This is what i have done so far.

1. Update my video card

2. Turn off my firewall

3. Run anti-virus scan (Nod32 and Symantec Antivirus)

4. Ran anti-spyware scan (Spyware Doctor/Spybot)

5. Goggle It

6. I have 1 gigabyte of ram

7. more than 100 gigabytes of space

8. Compatible Video Card (GeForce 7800 GTX)

I Don't Know What to do

do you have windows vista?

if so, it might be the problem.

maybe your anti virus is blocking it. try turning it off too.
