It started ot only making the tone when i did something like downloading a program or the likes. Now it makes the tone even when i scroll! And when my antivirus is doing a scan? Oh boy... It sounds like a bad case of tinitus!

Your computer may be getting too hot. Perhaps you could try adding another fan and see if it cools things enough so that the noise goes away. Also, it is important to find a quiet fan! You can get assistance with all of that at a computer specialty store....

turn your volume down and check to make sure your mic is off.
get a new computer.
