Computer worms, viruses, trojans, dialers, spyware, adware, tracking cookies.?

Does anyone know of such program that gets rid of these for free? I just used XP ANtivirus protection's free scan and I have 188 infections found %26gt;%26lt;. Please help!

AVG Free Edition is an anti-virus program that is very good and 100% free with automatic update. However, it only does anti-virus. Combine with Windows Defender, a free anti-spyware program from Microsoft and the firewall that comes with Windows. AVG and Defender should help eliminate all that you have now, and that with the firewall should help prevent things in the future. It's not the best protection, but it is free.
