my computer has a message that says security toolbar:-block adware/popups and remove spyware.I have scanned computer with norton antivirus and it just keeps saying windows explorer has stopped working and keeps restarting like every 2-3 seconds.I can still do everything on my computer but,just slower.My scan results were 1 task that said something about a tracer but,i fixed that and it is still saying a security level of 4 what's going on someone please help I will input as to with my problem.
