Annoying 'Do You Yahoo?' Appears on webpages randomly??

Sometimes I try to open up a webpage and all i get is a blank page with the words do you yahoo written at the top...

The wierd thing is if i refresh it doesnt go away. Sometimes for example it appears instead of yahoo.co.uk, meaning that i cannot use that site. It then randomly vansishes at a random amount of time after. Its just quite annoying so i wondered if anyone else had this problem??

P.S I dont think it is spyware adware etc etc as i have done the scans using my antivirus and anti spy. Also deleting cookies and temp. internet files doesnt solve the problem either...
