One computer on LAN cannot view web pages until rebooted.?

For a week now, almost daily, and not at the same time every day, my computer I am typing this from will lose its internet access, but only to webpages. I can access everything on my other networked PC I've shared, IRC, AIM, MSN, etc, everything OTHER than web pages. However, when I reboot, it fixes itself. Personally, one of my friends, and now I too, think it may be a trojan, because it fits all those symptoms, but I've scanned with kaspersky antivirus and nothing has shown up. Does anyone else have an idea about this problem?

It could be some form of malware so I'd suggest scanning with a second or even third antivirus product because AV programs are not 100% effective 100% of the time. Run only one scan at a time to prevent system problems. Here are a few free products:

The scan from trendmicro also checks for spyware as do these other free products:

Once you've satisfied yourself your computer is malware free, I'd try cleaning your system cache. Boston University has this help link for various browsers:

Finally, if you go into your control panel and double click Network Connections then right click the LAN icon, you should see a repair function. This will restore the default connections.
