Every time my desk top is loading (Window XP Home) the SYSTEM 32 folder opens up, how do I stop it?

I have The Shield Antivirus 2006 and completely scanned my computer and it tells me that I have no virus. I update my antivirus everyday. Please tell me how to stop the system 32 from popping up every time I load my desk top up. The XP home edition OS is legit and auto updates on windows. Thanks! Cool Fish

Check if the System32 folder is in your Startup

Start-%26gt;Startup
Check and see if that folder is in

Start

Programs

Start up

If its in there it will just start, also sometimes if you leave it open before you restart it will pop up again....

also try using this online scan

www.trendmicro.com look for the free one, it will help a lot if there is a problem
