Why is my computer constantly telling me I have a trojan, even when I scanned it?

There are windows and system alerts constantly popping telling me I have spyware applications, that I need to buy security and taking me to antispyware and antivirus software sites. My sister accidentally installed yesterday a program called Virus Heat and others that I already removed. I scanned my computer with Panda Antivirus and with antispyware I downloaded from microsoft.com but nothing happened. Its really becoming a hindrance because I am writing a report and I have to stop everytime something pops up to click cancel. I don't think the pop ups are from my computer because they are taking me to sites in which they want to sell me software. What can I do?

When clean download free McAfee siteAdvisor %26 tell your sister she can only go on the green sites.
Your antivirus is not detecting the malicious software in the computer. Advertisement pop up is usually the adware type telling you to buy some software that could not guarantee the virus removal. If your computer is still under warranty - you might wanna call your Original Equipment Manufacturer for support because they normally have the best knowledge of malicious softwares and how to get rid of them.
Because your scanner sucks.... use Spybot search and destroy, and Trendmicro, you might need to reformat.... also, those pop ups that bring you to anti spyware and virus sites are part of the Virus/trojan....
Thats Spyware an anti-virus wont pick it up you need something like Spybot search and destroy [My preference]
