and when I scan my computer with my antivirus it says it deleted them but my computer is still running super slow. I ran the spyware and nothing is helping. Normally when I get this problem I just restore my computer back to original settings, but I cant do that this time because i have some stuff on my computer that i can't lose until at least christmas. And if i restore i lose everything. Anyone know what i can do. And somehow every bogus website got my main email adress and now everytime i open email i have a thousands messages, most are viruses. How can I see who the message is from without actually opening the message. my primary email automatically marks as read when inbox or spam folder is opened. I really need some help.

Get the Spy Sweeper by Webroot. I have it on my comnputer and it is awesome for getting rid of trojans. Sometimes it may take a day or a week at the very most but it will get rid of them. If you install it, run it everytime you turn on your computer.

cant you copy off whatever you have saved to a cd? also i bought a external hard drive to store all my stuff on just in case i get any viruses that i cant remove, that way if you have to reformat you will still have all your stuff on the external....good luck
