Pls help...what should i do to clean up my laptop?

My laptop used to work properly..but i went to underground site.. i dont remember if i clicked on some pop up...after that my laptop has been working so slow? it takes forever to just open my documents (atleast 1 min)..and i use mozzila..but pop up from internet explorer on side pops up every 5 mins. I run antivirus software Avast for virus scan..detected few viruses...and deleted them...and still its the same ..not it has been 4 days...and today i run online virus scan E-Trust..found 4 viruses..but i couldnt delete them..not cure and even i went into the system and tried to delete those files but couldnt delete. They are in Programme files/ system32/..! Pls help me what should i do. its $1600 laptop. Warranty is already over. Your help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

just use the anti spyware program such as lavasodf adware

it will search for spyware program that got intstalled on ur computer and keep ur antivirus update

if not then there is only one way to get rid of is that just get the windows installed again before this format u hard drive full format it so that no files remain ur drive den install windows again that its dead sure that it will gona to work
Underground site offten contains virus,spyware/adware....

Now you should do is to remove virus,spyware/adware using anti-spyware/virus from your computer in SAFE MODE...
