What should I do if my shell32.dll file has been changed?

I've completed a deep file scan using the army version of Symantec antivirus, the web version of Norton Antivirus, AVG Antivirus, AdAware and AVG Antispyware. I would like to think that my system is clean since they all came back with nothing (major). *** Can I just extract the original shell32.dll file from the OS disc? email at japernia@yahoo.com I'm not a "know-it-all" but I am very experienced in the PC field so don't be afraid to talk tech. Thanks
