Every time I want to sign in to my Yahoo Messenger this error message appear on a wondow: "Yahoo! Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." My Norton Antivirus is updated and I scanned all my system, and I am sure there is no any virus infection in my system. I do not know what should I do??!! Please help me?!

Try shutting your computer down for a few minutes and then go back to yahoo and sign in. If your messenger still won't open for you, it's probably messed up and you'll need to download another one. Before doing that, remove all of the damaged messenger from your computer before getting a new one or it might interfere with proper downloading.
