Its a little yellow box that says from top to bottom

The words with the stars ** mean that they vary from internet to picasa to anything really.

So waht is this damn thing always poppin up and how do i make it stop? i always press "ok" btw.

You should run your anti-virus program. And let it do a full sweep of your computer. If you have not set your up to run automatically.

And if you have not set it update; then do so. Everyday new threats are coming out, so you have to keep up with the latest virus threats.
It sounds like your antivirus letting you know it's scanning something, if you open your antivirus program (norton) you may be able to change the settings so it doesn't display the pop-ups.
