My computer seems to has having viruses...?

there are a few processes in my computer suddenly bcum capital letter,such as LSASS.EXE,CSRSS.EXE,SMSS.EXE, and Explorer.EXE.....my computer will suddenly shutdown...i have scan with my up-to-date antivirus software,but find nothing...how to manually remove it??pls help...

These are actually names of valid Microsoft processes. There is some spyware/viruses that use the same name. If you manually remove the wrong one your operating system will have to be reinstalled.



Now would be a good time to back up your files.
