How to remove Trojandownloader.xs & registry being disable by virus?

I have a problem with this virus for 2 weeks. I can't remove it, I tried to scan it with windows defender %26 lavasoft, but it still there. I even run Safe Mode when I scanned it. My computer doesn't have antivirus. When I wanted to installed it, it just stop, so I can't install it. Also the virus make my registry %26 task manager blocked or disable (it said by admin but I search it and it's because of the virus). Please help me with this situation....THANKS A BUNCH.
