Wat does "pws-LegMir.gen.k.dll" trojan mean?

while scanning my PC using antivirus software(Mcafee), it showed a trojan named "pws-LegMir.gen.k.dll"......... how do this affect my PC? wat does it mean?? plz help me..

PWS-LegMir.gen.k.dll is dropped by PWS-LegMir.gen.k. It steals password from multiple games. It may also detect and terminate antivirus applications.
