Have you've been charging it? It need to be on a charger almost 24/7. So maybe a plug is unplugged.
Do you hear the fan? If not then you need to replace it.

Hey i used to have the same problem, and the guy that fixed it told me that this happens either when the hard disk gets too hot, or because some sectors of it are damaged, i suggest you take your computer with a technician guy so that he can fix the problem.
