My system is inflected by games.exe virus. It is showing that Virus detected worm/generic.alo while scanning with AVG antivirus. From where this virus is comming. i want to knwo the source of the virus. i want to protect my pc from viruses like this. Please help me. Avg is healing but every time when i scan it comes again. so please help me in resolving this.

First of all, stay away from anything that is FREE when it comes to spyware and antivirus. There is a reason why they free. They are NOT good.

Here's some ways to get rid of it when it keeps coming back
Click Start, click Run, type msconfig in the box, click OK. When the window opens click the Start Up tab, find anything related to your problem files %26 uncheck the box. Next click the Services tab %26 see if any of these are also in there %26 turn them off. Click OK %26 do the required restart. When your computer comes back up, there will be a window with obscure language, just check the box %26 continue.
