when scanning with antivirus , what us the best thing i should do when a virus pops ups, should i ask for it to be deleted, or should i move it into quarantine

more it into quarantine, deleting it doesn't always get rid of it. Usually you delete a virus if you can move it into quarantine for some reason.

Try SAS free edition from http://www.superantispyware.com

Also, Spybot Search and destroy from http://www.safer-networking.org

ESET NOD 32 has a 30 day trial version at http://www.eset.com

Try downloading, installing, updating all 3 of these program, then reboot your machine into Safe Mode (Start pressing the F8 key after you turn it on, and keep pressing until you get a menu that allows you to select safe mode.)

Then run each, in the order listed... but do NOT run at the same time...
