My computer is infected with virus. Expanb / Collapse?

My computer is infected with virus which is not going even with mcafee antivirus, online virus scan. when the double click is made it is asked for "open with". with the right button click you will find "expand" / "collapse" options instead of open or explore. what shall i do? any1 can help me to find a solution.. i tried formating and reinstalling the operativing system.. but no use..
