I am receiveing an attachment from a source that should be free of Viruses. But the attachment keeps getting stripped and the name on the e-mail is changed to Quarantined Attachment.TXT
Is there anyway for me to getto the original attachment and download it. Then I can use my local Antivirus software to scan it and determine if there is truley a Virus on it.

it's being stripped for a reason!
It may not have been send by "the sender" of the email in question at all.

yep zipped files go by different codex's than most email attachments - due to size and differences in coding.
most will get nailed as 'spam' or 'viral' and no reason given for the behavior. Report It
