How to fix copy.exe virus?

i recently updated all the virus defn of nortan antivirus n did a full sys scan. it detected copy.exe (trojan horse) in all drives n quarantined them. nw when i open any of my drives it gives me an error message that "windows cannot find copy.exe"

what shd i do???
