Is it dangerous to just shift+delete RavMonE.exe?

i'm on an updated AVG free antivirus, and have scanned my pc with ewido anti-spyware but it cannot be detected as a threat.. can i just delete the application and prefetch files manually by myself -- or will it be dangerous? any suggestions? thanks

you can stop its process from task manager, then delete it from hard disk from , C:\Windows\RavMonE.exe

boot windows in safe mode if it refuses to delete.

after that run the following two menus of ccleaner

issues %26gt; Scan For Issues %26gt; Fix Selected Issues

Download and Update Ewido (now called the AVG Antispyware). Do not run:
