Need help deleting or uninstalling a program ???

months ago i installed norton antivirus on my computer.....and its not working....it only slows down my pc......i have tried to uninstall it and delete it but whenever i try to do so i get "SETUP CANNOT BE INSTALLED BECAUSE THERE WAS A PROBLEM AUTHENTICATING YOUR MICROSOFT WINDOWS INSTALLER " adnd under it is written this site " http://www.symantec.com/2007LCV1 " which i found useless..... and under that i get "SETUP WILL NOW EXIT "...................and i cant even work the program and when i right click on something and ask to scan with norton antivirus i get this box that doensnt scan anything and I cant even exit it which make it necessary for me to have to restart my computer.........i dont think this problem is a virus but something from the program or the computer........plz help me get rid of it......

Try Your Uninstaller 2008 (www.ursoftware.com), I can totally uninstall Norton or Symantec Antivirus with this.

Install, choose Option and then choose Average method. Choose your program and then Uninstall. Enjoy.
